As members of the Law Society Family Law Panel
we can assist with all matters which relate to family breakdown.

We aim to deal with all clients sympathetically
and emphasise the importance of negotiation and agreement where possible.

We have specialists available to deal with divorce
proceedings or to help you obtain a decree of judicial separation.

We will also advise you in relation to family
finances and will set about achieving a fair division of family assets
including the family home. If appropriate we will advise you as to your
maintenance liability or entitlement and will assist you with an application
to the Child Support Agency.

We also deal with disputes which may arise
concerning your children, including applications for contact, a residence
order, child care proceedings, and adoption. If necessary we can also help
you to obtain an injunction to stop violence or threats of violence.
We hold a block contract from the Legal Services
Commission and subject to financial eligibility you may be entitled to
